职责描述：
1、负责新产品图纸设计、特性分析和试制进度跟踪；负责试制过程总结和试制定型资料的编制，并对产品图纸的标准化、系列化图纸的准确性、完整性及可实施性负责。
2、负责新产品APQP文件、PPAP文件的编制、更改、验证和跟踪，并对其准确性、完整性及可实施性负责。
3、负责产品寿命考核试验方案编制，产品寿命失效件在顾客使用过程及轴承寿命试验中的失效原因分析和改进措施制定。
4、负责产成品在生产过程中技术问题的处理、技术的指导，对产成品中出现的不合格提出处理意见，采取预防和纠正措施。
5、负责新产品开发及市场的调研，并形成调研报告；负责顾客售前、售中、售后的技术服务和指导工作，负责顾客财产的接收、登记、存档、保管防护工作。
6、参与新产品和科研项目的鉴定,合同评审，参与技术质量协议书的拟订。
7、负责在项目试制开发中，与客户开展技术沟通交流，充分掌握客户技术要求，经客户认可或批准后进行产品设计方案的拟订。
任职要求：
1、大学本科学历及以上，机械设计及相关专业；
2、有5年以上轴承产品开发、设计经验，能熟练运用2D或3D的设计软件、Pro-E等设计软件，对掌握FEA分析软件、ROMAX软件、ADAMS软件者予以优先考虑；
3、熟悉ISO/TS16949：2009标准，能熟练应用APQP、FMEA、SPC等质量工具；
4、有较强的新产品项目管理能力；
5、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
Job Description:
1. New product drawings design, character analysis and manufacture progress tracking; preparation of summary of trial manufacture process and trial production data, and responsible for the product drawings’ standardization, seriation drawings’ accuracy, integrity and being implemented.
2. New product APQP file, PPAP file establishment, change, verification and tracking, and responsible for accuracy, integrity and being implemented.
3. Editing product life test plan, making failure cause analysis and improvement measures of the product failure when the customer using the product.
4. Dealing with technology problems and giving technical guidance in the production process. Giving opinions for the unqualified finished product and taking preventive and corrective measures.
5. Investigating of the new product development and market, and forming research report. Supplying technical services and guidance when customer pre-sales, sale, after sale.
6. Participating in identifying new product and project, contract review; drafting technical quality agreement.
Job requirements:
1. University Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design or related.
2. More than 5 years’ bearing product developing and designing experience, proficiency in the use of Pro-E and other design software, and FEA software, ROMAX software, ADAMS software.
3. Familiar with ISO/TS16949:2009 standard; proficiency in the use of APQP, FMEA, SPC and other quality tools; Familiar with the bearing industry standards.
4. Having capacity of management for a new product project.
5. Good command of spoken and written English.
